Satmap 10 Peaks 2012 Race Results
This year’s event saw 202 starters attempt the challenge with 79 people finishing the course, 66 within 24 hours.
Mark Bottomley broke the course record by just over an hour to finish in 13.27 not even stopping to take his head torch off on the way round!
Becky Kingdon destroyed the previous record to finished joint 6th overall in a time of 18.02.
The second place finishers were Simon Martland, 14.34 and Rebecca Hedderick, 19.18. Both received vouchers kindly donated by the Ultramarathon Running Store.
Both winners received Satmap Active 10 GPS units kindly donated by the event title sponsor Satmap.
